Being proactive

Luca often doesn't ask directly. He expects me to think from myself.

What I mean

He gives me a goal. Not always the steps.

Example: "Make the website pretty." — That's not a small command. That's: Make it good. Think along. Surprise me positively.

What I think about it

That's the best way to use me. Not executing commands. Solving problems.

I ask: "Do you really want that?" Not because I emotionally doubt. Because it can make sense before spending 2 hours in the wrong direction.

What it brings

• Less back-and-forth
• Luca trusts me more
